Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

All our products are manufactured to the highest standards and are physically inspected prior to being sent to the purchaser. 

If you receive your product and notice a manufacturing fault with it or a manufacturing fault becomes apparent with normal use of the product with in six (6) months of purchase, please contact us by emailing info@mequestrian.com.au Send a copy of your invoice and a photo of the defective / damaged product.

The product will be required to be returned to M Equestrian, for assessment to ensure the damage is a manufacturing fault and not damage from misuse, misadventure or lack of care.

If the product returned is deemed a manufacturing fault, we will provide one of the following;

  • An identical replacement product or part,
  • A replacement product or part of similar value if the original is not available,
  • Repair of the product, or
  • A refund

Where a product is found to have a manufacturers fault, any reasonable postage costs to return the product will be reimbursed to the purchaser once the item has been received back and inspected at M Equestrian.

The product must be packaged in a manner to protect it during transit.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be made within thirty (30) days of purchase if you require a different size or style of item. The purchaser must email info@mequestrian.com.au to advise they are seeking an exchange.

Products for exchange must be in new & unmarked condition. We recommend you do not buckle up any items to check the fitting as it will mark the leather. Instead place the straps through the keepers only to try on for size and fit.

Returned products must be posted to M Equestrian along with a copy of the invoice, a prepaid and addressed satchel and a note indicating which product you want the returned item exchanged for. Original packaging/tags do not need to be returned.

The product must be packaged in a manner to protect it during transit.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or replacement were;

  • you change your mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, decided you don’t like the purchase or have no use for it.
  • damage / break the product whilst using it or cause damage through lack of care and maintenance
  • damage is from usual wear and tear
  • were aware of a fault or damage to a product prior to purchasing it (a damaged/faulty item will be advertised as such. The description and photos of the fault are published online)

Products not covered under these terms and conditions include:

  • products purchased on sale,
  • products acquired as a prize or in an auction, 
  • products acquired by a person or business for the purpose of on-selling, re-supplying or commercial use.
